Summary
The Selling Supervisor at the Plaza Del Lago boutique will support sales and customer service objectives, maintain operational and asset protection standards, and collaborate with the sales and support teams to deliver a high-end client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The role reports to the Managing Director and contributes to merchandise flow, POS accuracy, and maintaining boutique presentation and security.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales goals and contribute to team targets
- Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor merchandise standards and visual merchandising
- Support merchandise flow including replenishment, tagging, and ticketing
- Process transactions accurately at POS and maintain CRM and sales records
- Perform opening and closing till procedures and monitor daily cash variances
- Approve returns and exchanges with management oversight for exceptional requests
- Follow opening and closing store access, alarm, and key log protocols
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Provide prompt, high-level client service including wrapping and packaging at POS
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of selling or supervisory experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay even-tempered, and work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Familiarity with POS processes and basic administrative tasks
- Knowledge of asset protection, key control, and physical tagging procedures
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Self-starter with attention to detail and client service orientation
