Summary
Lead a high-energy sales team at the outlet to drive revenue and margin goals while delivering elevated customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities
- Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to drive sales performance
- Train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
- Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
- Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interaction standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales and operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
- Perform operational tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and execution
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs using proper equipment and techniques
- Capable of prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
