Sales Supervisor supporting store management at Orlando International Premium Outlet responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, enforcing company policies, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Demonstrate the client journey and behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized stockroom
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
