Sales Supervisor

Summary

Supervise the sales floor to deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience while supporting store leadership and developing the sales team. Partner with managers to learn leadership responsibilities, coach associates, and help drive personal and store sales goals. Maintain brand presentation standards and participate in daily store operations including opening and closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor and uphold customer service and visual presentation standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to expand clientele and maximize sales.
• Support managers with daily tasks, task tracker updates, and retail systems.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and handle returns and exchanges in the absence of a manager.
• Participate in merchandising activities, stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the brand and ability to project an elevated image.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and business acumen with ability to meet sales and SPH goals.
• Relevant retail experience preferred and proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate the register, lift up to 30 lbs., and use a ladder as trained.
