As a Sales Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Rehoboth Beach, you will play a crucial role in the Store Management team by executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. You will lead the sales associate team in achieving daily and weekly business objectives, while championing innovative selling tools and methods.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
