Sales Supervisor

Summary

Supervise the sales floor to deliver a memorable customer experience and uphold high service standards. Build client relationships, support sales goals, and partner with managers to develop as a store leader.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support sales associates, communicate training needs, and help the team grow client relationships and sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service, build clientele, and meet or exceed personal sales and sales-per-hour goals.
• Maintain merchandise and uphold visual presentation standards, including stock maintenance, product transfers, folding, and floor changes.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns and exchanges, task follow-up, and communication with managers and associates.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills.
• Analytical and business acumen, with a passion for the product and ability to provide elevated customer service.
• Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Workday, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, move around the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
