Sales Supervisor

Summary

Supervise the sales floor to ensure a consistent, memorable customer shopping experience and uphold the company's standards of service and visual presentation. Partner with store managers to develop leadership skills, coach associates, and build lasting client relationships while supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales floor activity and support the management team in daily tasks, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining task trackers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates through one-on-ones, feedback, and training tools to expand clientele and maximize sales.
• Drive sales performance by meeting personal sales and SPH goals and promoting new business initiatives.
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards, handle product transfers, stock maintenance, and floor changeovers.
• Complete returns and exchanges and operate the register in the absence of a manager; support execution of brand service standards.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for projecting an elevated brand image with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate team members; analytical and business acumen preferred.
• Relevant retail sales experience preferred and demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, maneuver the sales floor, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb ladders as trained.
