Sales Supervisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in service and operational duties to increase store productivity and performance. The role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, supporting training and KPI management, delivering superior customer service, and ensuring store operations and presentation meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
• Maintain client book and conduct regular clienteling and follow-ups to meet sales goals
• Assist the Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives
• Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
• Provide and lead on superior customer service and process customer repairs when requested
• Adhere to store operational procedures including opening/closing, inventory display, shipping and receiving
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization and exhibit proficiency in company computer programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude and team player mindset
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
