Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the team at the Woodbury location. The role helps implement company policies, maintain store standards, and ensure efficient day to day operations including opening and closing procedures. This position requires strong product knowledge, leadership presence on the sales floor, and the ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience
  • Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed
  • Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to procedure and keep sales floor and stockroom organized

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
