Summary
The Store Operations Supervisor ensures efficient merchandise flow from receiving to sales floor while maintaining stockroom organization and supporting sales associates. This role oversees receiving, inspection, pricing, tagging, replenishment, and visual standards to deliver a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack shipments, inspect items for damage, and verify pricing and tags
- Place merchandise on sales floor or in stock room according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock room and apply EAS devices
- Execute replenishment activities and manage ISOS reports to meet productivity targets
- Lead stockroom reorganization, reticketing, and RFID tag processes
- Support sales floor with stock checks and timely merchandise delivery
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and seasonal floor changes
- Train and coach brand ambassadors and provide performance feedback
- Support compliance with policies, risk management, and health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, policies, and best practices
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stock areas and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
