Sales Support - Legacy West

As a Sales Support at Legacy West, you will play a vital role in representing the Tiffany brand during the holiday season. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for clients, embodying the luxury and elegance that Tiffany & Co. is known for.

• Act as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming and assisting clients to ensure a memorable experience.
• Enhance the client experience with personalized hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists as needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
• Communicate potential service issues with management.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
• Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
• Participate in inventory management and special projects.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
