Sales Support - Manhasset

As a Sales Support team member at Tiffany & Co. in Manhasset, you will embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client interactions and memorable experiences. Your role as a brand ambassador will enhance the luxury shopping experience for our clients.

• Warmly welcome and assist clients, ensuring a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
• Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists as needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
• Communicate potential service issues with management.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, and perform POS functions.
• Assist operations team with store policies, procedures, and inventory management.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
• Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
