Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Support team member at our Red Bank location, you will embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction during the holiday season. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients have memorable experiences that reflect the luxury and elegance of Tiffany & Co.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and assist clients, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experiences with hospitality and personalized service.
  • Assist with engraving and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
  • Perform all POS functions after client purchase decisions.
  • Assist operations team with store policies and after-sales servicing.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects.
Requirements
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
