- Assist with engraving and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
- Perform all POS functions after client purchase decisions.
- Assist operations team with store policies and after-sales servicing.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects.
Requirements- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields.
