Sales Support - Rockefeller Center

As a Sales Support at Rockefeller Center, you will play a vital role in representing the Tiffany brand during the holiday season. You will engage with clients to create memorable experiences, embodying the luxury and elegance that Tiffany & Co. is known for.

• Act as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming and assisting clients to ensure a memorable experience.
• Enhance client experiences with personalized hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists as needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
• Communicate potential service issues with management.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, and perform POS functions.
• Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and inventory management.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
