Sales Support

As a Sales Support in Brooklyn, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is fully prepared and stocked throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and supporting the Sales team to provide exceptional customer service.

• Communicate effectively with the Sales Team.
• Ensure continuous stock replenishment on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with managers to place new arrivals on the sales floor.
• Provide feedback to managers regarding stock concerns.
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and organized stock area.
• Manage customer alterations, webstore, and custom orders.
• Assist sales advisors during peak hours to maintain sales standards.

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
