Responsibilities- Act as an effective brand ambassador, welcoming and assisting clients to ensure a memorable experience.
- Enhance the client experience with hospitality and store amenities to build personalized experiences.
- Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list where applicable.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with management.
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, and perform all POS functions.
- Assist operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
- Participate in inventory and special projects as needed.
Requirements- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience required.
- Strong communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
