Sales Support - Wooster St

As a Sales Support team member at Wooster St, you will assist the management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will promote the brand image and provide exceptional customer service while staying informed about the latest products.

• Assist management and sales teams in achieving sales targets through front and back end operations.
• Support sales and operations teams with customer requests, replenishments, deliveries, and shipment execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relations.
• Attend staff training sessions to maintain high product knowledge.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards on and off the shop floor.
• Assist in stock, merchandise, and housekeeping duties as requested by management.
