Summary

Support the top seller in a men's apparel department by assisting with the selling process, preparing fitting rooms, maintaining the sales floor, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work and re merchandising
• Create and maintain visual displays and perform price markdowns
• Handle merchandise transfers and light cleaning
• Build positive relationships with team members to support team goals
• Assist customers and proactively handle customer concerns

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational and follow through skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
