Responsibilities- Assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, creating luxury experiences that positively impact sales and service.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and directing clients throughout The Landmark.
- Engage with clients, sharing Tiffany & Co. history, product introductions, and service offerings.
- Utilize storytelling to discern client needs and partner them with the appropriate Sales Professional.
- Accurately manage the floor waiting list and communicate potential service issues with management.
- Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring all areas are stocked and clean.
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping items, and replenishing supplies.
- Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information according to guidelines.
Requirements- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about New York City, including restaurants, shops, and attractions.
- Experience in luxury hospitality industries such as restaurant, hotel, retail, or security.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
