Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
- Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow loyalty
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than assigned
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
