Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and maximize fragrance and beauty sales
• Use text and social media to drive digital selling and book appointments
• Set and achieve sales goals and participate in in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
