• Engage customers to understand beauty needs and recommend products
• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use texting and social media to drive sales and book appointments
• Drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and customer readiness
• Keep current on beauty trends and product knowledge
