Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build a following in-store and via digital channels including text and social media
- Set and achieve sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current trends
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and specifically 11/23-12/24
- Ability to perform physical tasks including continuous movement, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
