Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador providing personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store vision and company initiatives. Role focuses on customer engagement, driving sales, and representing brand expectations in a high-volume retail environment. This is an entry level role with opportunity for advancement into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals.
• Proactively focus on the customer in all interactions.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize multiple shopping channels and new technology to drive results.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery methods.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
