Job Description

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and driving sales through customer focus and teamwork. This seasonal role requires flexibility to work days evenings weekends and occasional travel while representing brand expectations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
  • Provide personalized customer service and build a clientele through networking
  • Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
  • Utilize sales technology and alternative purchasing processes to drive results
  • Ensure sales floor merchandising and store standards are maintained
  • Provide feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
  • Represent brand values and deliver a consistent customer experience

Requirements

  • Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume specialty environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers management and co workers
  • Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate the register
  • Ability to lift climb and maneuver up to 30 lbs and work around chemicals
  • Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
  • Willingness to learn and support new technology and sales channels
