Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Educate customers about available programs and offerings, and share product feedback and opportunities with management.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and contribute to an inclusive, professional team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
