BOH Operations Supervisor

Summary

The BOH Operations Supervisor oversees merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and coordination between back-of-house and sales-floor operations. The role also supports customer experience, team development, and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, processing, tagging, replenishment, and return of merchandise.
• Maintain stockroom organization and lead operational improvements and reset projects.
• Coach and train team members, provide performance feedback, and support talent sourcing.
• Conduct stock checks, resolve customer concerns, and support sales-floor needs.
• Collaborate on seasonal visual updates and uphold merchandising, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift or climb as required and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
