Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store sales goals and company initiatives. This customer-focused role builds customer connections and supports Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping customers at the center of decisions and pursuing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Represent the brand and deliver consistent customer experiences while maintaining sales floor and store standards.
• Use digital and alternative shopping tools to support product discovery and purchasing.
• Build customer relationships, collaborate with the team, and share feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potential overnight shifts.
