The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales and customer engagement. This seasonal, part-time role focuses on representing the brand, building customer connections, and contributing to team results.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and support company initiatives through customer-focused service.
• Build clientele, provide product discovery options, and support alternative purchasing channels.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer, category, and business feedback with management.
• Participate in team training and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate registers and remain mobile on the sales floor; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
