The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This seasonal role contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store team and helps customers discover products through in-store and digital shopping options.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Represent brand and customer experience standards while supporting store initiatives and team training.
• Build customer relationships and promote alternative shopping and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on customer needs and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
