Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Client Advisor supports the full client experience in store, acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador and assisting front of house and back of house operations to ensure personalized and elevated service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver exceptional client experience to achieve individual and team objectives
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs
- Support Client Advisors as directed by store management
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from BOH to the sales floor
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks including organizing and repositioning displays
- Contribute to inventory preparation and operational BOH organization and go-backs
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Client oriented with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred
