Seasonal Client Advisor - Fashion Valley

Summary

Seasonal Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences by advising clients across product categories, building long term relationships using clienteling tools, and contributing to team sales objectives. This role thrives in a fast paced environment and requires strong customer focus, curiosity, and a commercial mindset. Prior retail or customer centric experience, preferably in high end or luxury markets, is preferred. The position is hourly and includes opportunity for commission.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across the brand and all product categories
• Operate as a personal advisor to clients and form meaningful relationships
• Leverage in house clienteling tools and systems to maintain client relationships
• Provide memorable and tailored in store experiences for clientele
• Contribute to a fast paced retail environment and support team performance

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in a luxury or high end market
• Strong customer centric background will be considered
• Curiosity and motivation to learn and develop brand expertise
• Commercial and strategic sales mindset
• Ability to build and maintain long lasting client relationships
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
