Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and personalized styling for womens ready to wear customers.
• Drive sales and meet individual and store targets during the seasonal period.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage follow up communications.
• Support merchandising tasks including floor sets and visual presentation.
• Process transactions and handle returns according to store policy.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Maintain dressing room and sales floor cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Previous retail or client service experience in fashion or luxury preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic point of sale and cash handling experience.
