Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in store
• Greet clients with professionalism and uphold the brand promise
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments and universes
• Maintain and manage daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events
• Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with store staff
• Build and nurture genuine relationships with clientele
• Provide direction and support to ensure a seamless client experience
