Seasonal Concierge to welcome and assist clients at the Valley Fair store, build genuine relationships, manage client appointments and collaborate with the Client Experience and store teams to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with courtesy and integrity
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments
• Serve as first point of contact in-store
• Manage daily calendar of client appointments
• Collaborate with Client Experience team and store staff
• Support in-store events and client follow up
• Deliver the brand promise through personalized service
