Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Customer Service Representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and supporting store technologies while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work in a fast paced retail setting at the Galleria at Roseville.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions and provide a seamless friendly experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and resolution
  • Promote initiatives such as the rewards program to customers
  • Inspire trust teamwork and positive team relationships
  • Support department needs by working a flexible schedule
  • Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as required

Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android
  • Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
  • Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
