Summary
Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and supporting store operations to ensure timely and accurate inventory flow and excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling departments
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders following quality and packing standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to shipping standards
- Utilize inventory systems to scan and process shipments and research discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store activities such as special event setup, markdowns, and fixture relocation
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use various technology and computer applications
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement, bending, twisting and reaching for 6-8 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
