Seasonal Greeter

Summary

Temporary seasonal Greeter to welcome clients, build genuine relationships, and support the client experience team during the peak holiday season. Role focuses on greeting clients, managing appointments and waitlists, and directing clients to appropriate departments. Position is hourly and intended to support store operations with possibility of future permanent consideration.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as first point of contact and set the tone for their experience
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments
• Manage daily calendar including appointments and waitlist
• Provide high level courteous client service and maintain brand standards
• Collaborate with client experience and store teams to ensure seamless service
• Adhere to store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or client service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Customer focused attitude with strategic sales orientation
• Willingness to learn and represent the brand professionally
• Flexibility to work peak holiday season hours
