Summary

Temporary seasonal greeter role supporting peak holiday operations at a luxury retail store. The position focuses on welcoming clients, managing appointments and waitlists, and creating positive first impressions to support the client experience. This role is intended to be temporary with potential consideration for permanent positions after the season.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as the first point of contact and create a welcoming environment
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments and universes
• Manage daily calendar including appointments and waitlist
• Provide high level customer service and act as a brand ambassador
• Collaborate with client experience team and store staff to ensure seamless client journeys
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Support on ongoing in store events and client activities

Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to build genuine relationships with clientele
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Willingness to learn and a strategic sales attitude
• Availability for the peak holiday season and full time schedule
