Summary
Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at a restaurant within a design gallery. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain host stand organization, and model elevated hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
- Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
- Ensure guests experience begins and ends with exceptional care
- Maintain quality curation and organization of the host stand coat closet and menu display
- Serve as a brand ambassador by modeling personal presentation standards
- Engage warmly with guests and maintain knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings
- Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience and business performance
Requirements
- 1+ year of related experience in a guest facing or hospitality role
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Meet minimum legal age required to serve alcohol and perform role duties
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
