Summary

The Seasonal Merchandising Support Associate supports sales and profit by processing merchandise efficiently and maintaining organized stockroom standards. This role prepares incoming merchandise for the selling floor and helps ensure store presentation meets company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, tag, ticket, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Process merchandise and supply receipts and dispatches, including recording trailer deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom while maximizing available space.
• Place merchandise on the selling floor according to floor maps and visual standards, and confirm customer-facing signage is complete.
• Complete price changes, damage and salvage processing, and returns to vendors.
• Follow asset protection and operational procedures, and support team members in providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, basic math skills, and good organization.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
