Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during peak season by receiving, processing, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor and shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role requires flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays and a people first mindset to deliver exceptional execution.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor
• Stage and prepare outbound shipments to clients stores or the distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all work areas
• Work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
