Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Support store operations and help deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal position lasts a maximum of three months and includes shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and support inventory preparation and execution.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate supplies; coordinate invoices, product repairs, engraving, and embossing services.
• Execute cash office processes and support shrink reduction and compliance procedures.
• Review store processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and lift approximately 20 pounds; able to pack, unpack, and move stock.
