Summary
Seasonal Operations Associate responsible for supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative tasks. Position is seasonal for up to three months and focuses on ensuring efficient operational processes and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office and facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Work with accounts payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly
- Support shrink reduction plan and report violations following company procedures
- Coordinate accessories repair service with external vendors
- Coordinate engraving and embossing services
- Support inventory preparation and execution
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
- Execute cash office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
- Assist with packing unpacking and moving stock during receiving and stocking
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations or related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative team orientation
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to read and execute shipping transfer and inventory documents
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire to grow
