Seasonal Operations Specialist

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Specialist supports in-store operational and inventory activities to ensure seamless store performance. This role manages shipments and transfers, maintains stockroom organization, and collaborates with the sales and operations teams to optimize inventory availability and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and transfers accurately.
• Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain inventory levels aligned with sales potential.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition, reporting discrepancies.
• Implement security measures and prepare products for display.
• Organize and maintain clean, labeled stockrooms and optimize warehouse layout.
• Coordinate with the operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery.
• Provide the sales team with updates on inventory availability to support selling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control and operational processes.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
