Seasonal Operations Store Associate

Summary

As a Seasonal Operations Store Associate, you support day-to-day back-of-house and in-store operational activities to ensure merchandise is received, processed, and replenished per company guidelines. This entry-level role focuses on inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, visual standards, and supporting the sales floor. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and can lead to future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within Units Per Hour goals, including markups, markdowns, and EAS tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure correct sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets
• Manage Ship-to-Home orders, store-to-store transfers, reticketing, and tagging
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional sales floor assistance
• Maintain store presentation and participate in visual merchandising and store standards

Requirements

• Back-of-house or high-volume specialty retail experience preferred
• Ability to lift and climb, handle up to 30 lbs, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
• Comfort with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, possible overnight shifts and travel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining store standards
