Virtual Client Advisor

Summary

Provide an exemplary customer experience while supporting store operations and administrative functions. Responsibilities include shipping and receiving, stockroom management, cash office support, repairs, and operational paperwork. The role partners with store leadership to improve processes and ensure merchandise and supplies are handled to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, including incoming and outgoing merchandise processing.
• Assess and recommend improvements to store processes and procedures for efficiency.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies and manage replenishment.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, and inventory documents.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved and processed correctly.
• Support loss prevention procedures and asset protection efforts.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for projecting an elevated retail image and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Collaborative team player with effective communication skills and relevant retail experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders as trained, operate a register, and stand or walk for extended periods.
