RS1 Store Support & Operation

Summary

Provide operational support across store functions to ensure efficient inventory flow, accurate processing of merchandise, and effective administrative support. This role partners with store leadership to maintain supplies, manage shipping and receiving, and support loss prevention and asset protection initiatives. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the brand image on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, including processing incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards.
• Manage shipping, receiving, transfers, alteration documents, UPS paperwork, and inventory count sheets.
• Maintain and replenish office, facilities, and grooming supplies for associates.
• Coordinate engraving and embossing services and other operational vendor services.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and correct invoice approvals.
• Support loss prevention procedures and asset protection efforts to reduce shrink.

Requirements

• Strong time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player willing to support all departments and recommend process improvements.
• Relevant retail operations experience preferred and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders as trained, operate the register, and stand or walk for extended periods.
