Summary

This seasonal (up to three months) store support role provides operational and administrative assistance across store functions to ensure an exemplary customer experience. The position supports shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and related operational tasks while partnering with store leadership to improve processes and maintain compliance with company procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping and receiving, process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards.
• Maintain stock room, control and replenish supplies for office and facilities needs.
• Execute accurate Cash Office processes and maintain POS audit compliance.
• Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors.
• Partner on shrink reduction initiatives and report violations appropriately.
• Prepare and execute inventory tasks and assist with transfer and shipping documentation.
• Assess store processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; strong technical aptitude.
• Strong time management, multitasking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to stand and walk for shifts, lift approximately 20 lbs and assist with packing and moving stock.
• Collaborative team player with passion for the brand and ability to learn systems quickly.
