Summary

Seasonal Operations Support will deliver outstanding client experiences during the holiday season by assisting with operations, shipping and receiving, and client care tasks. The role partners with sales and management to support order fulfillment, inventory management, and daily store operations while maintaining security and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations functions to help achieve store sales plans
• Capture client data to cultivate new and existing clients
• Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence
• Provide client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Support repairs, special orders, engravings, and related services
• Assist with opening and closing the department and maintain professional client interactions
• Execute shipping and receiving tasks including order fulfillment and replenishment
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems
• Support operational efficiency and provide process feedback

Requirements

• Strong interest in operations and shipping processes in a large store
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
